Pay online now:

  • You can pay using a credit or debit card
  • If you book a hotel room through us, you will be charged at the time of booking. If you co-book a hotel room with other community member(s) (and stay with them), you will be charged when all members approve and agree to check out.
  • Journeyhop will process your payment in your local currency.

Whether you choose to pay online or at the hotel, you can pay using the following credit / debit cards: American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, Visa.

How does Journeyhop process payments?

Journeyhop's payment system is designed to make the payment process as simple and reliable as possible.

Using Journeyhop's payment system is required to make a reservation, and it helps ensure that both parties are protected under our Terms of Service, cancellation policies, Refund Policy, and other safeguards.

Journyhop automatically includes service fees and government-required taxes where applicable.

Refund Policy

When you cancel your booking, you may be eligible to receive a refund of the amount you paid, depending on the terms and conditions of your booking and when you cancel your reservations.

  • If you book a hotel room by yourself and cancel within the cancellation period as stated in the cancellation policy, you might be eligible for a full refund.
  • If you co-book a hotel room with other user(s), and want to cancel the confirmed booking without ALL other occupants’ consent to cancel the room, you are subjected to a full cancellation fee and no refund is possible.
  • If you co-book a hotel room with other user(s), and all occupants of the room agree to cancel the booking within the cancellation period as stated in the cancellation policy, you might be eligible for a refund.
